Park Health Center is a Belmont County facility licensed by the State of Ohio to provide both skilled and intermediate care to area residents. Park Health Center is an attractive facility with large bright rooms, windowed dining room, porches, air conditioning, scenic views, and free TV connection.

Our Dietary department makes every effort to provide nutritional, appetizing meals. Menus are created with the season in mind to utilize fresh foods for favorite dishes. Likes and dislikes are reviewed with each resident and adjustments made accordingly.

Park Health Center provides organized activities each day to enhance physical, emotional, and spirtual needs of each resident. A schedule of events is provided for each resident to generate enthusiasm for special events.

Dr. V. Chokkavelu is our Medical Director and house physician. several other doctors also have visiting privlages to care for their patients. Comprehensive 24-hour nursing services are provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nurse aides.
