Fairview Assisted Living is owned and operated by the Perry County Commissioners in accordance with Chapter 5155 of the Ohio Revised Code. The facility was established in the late 1800’s and the building was completed in 1902. Today Fairview Assisted Living is a pleasant place for Perry County Residents to live as we continue to provide quality just like home care. The Perry County Commissioners are supportive in every effort to preserve the historical tradition of providing Perry County with this unique service.
