Meeting the needs of our Community for over a Century

We were originally established in 1869 to provide care for the people of Wyandot County. Over the years our original commitment to care for those in need has grown and changed with time in order to meet the needs of those we serve. For over 150 years, we have continued our commitment of enriching the lives of our residents through specialized care including post-operative, IV and antibiotic therapy, Alzheimer's and dementia care, specialized diets, tube feeding, and other forms of skilled care. We are also experienced in providing post-acute rehabilitation for many conditions and offer therapeutic services designed to maximize the functional ability of individuals, enabling them to reach their highest level of independence as quickly as possible.

As our residents regain their vitality they can enjoy our beautiful country home-like setting which is located on 200 beautifully landscaped acres while enjoying a courtyard, gazebo and walking path.
